The house is in a quiet area. It is super suited to do vacations, home office or studying. The next supermarket is only 5 minutes away and the beach is 8 minutes away by walking. Fully equipped with all appliances, and everything works perfectly. Just a 12-minute walk to the Palais des Festivals. The garage is large enough to fit my MB GLE, which is a great advantage.
