Beauquartier - Champs-Elysées

"- The location is excellent, literally one block from Champs Elysees, and one block from the metro. - There are two good supermarkets in the same block, with generous opening hours. - The apartment itself is great, with 3 nice bedrooms (all with tiled stoves adding to the atmosphere), a nice family room for dining and social life, a fully functional and well equipped little kitchen, and 3 fresh bathrooms. - The interior is clearly Paris style, but at the same time modern and functional. Much appreciated by us. - Some of the information provided is very useful, such as regarding supermarkets and bakery."

"- Three different door codes are provided, but they do not work as indicated in the email information. Two of the codes must be combined in order to open the street door. (We figured this out after about 10 minutes trying, with help from another guest review rather than from the information provided.) - No information was provided on where to dispose trash. I had to ask 4 times before I got the code to the trash room. - The promised "24-hour front desk" is in reality a WhatsApp chatbot, providing useless responses. Only after a few rounds of questions and non-answers from the chatbot, is the issue diverted to a human, with a response time varying between 3-18 minutes (for us). Personally, I find this response time perfectly acceptable. But referring to it as a "24-hour front desk" is fraudulent. And using a chatbot without immediate option of human contact, when charging EUR 650 per night, is rude. - There seems to be frequent smoking in the entrance hall of the building, judging from the intense smell there. We had the bedroom doors closed all the time, to keep them fresh. In the apartment hallway, kitchen and dining room there was all the time a faint smell of cigarette smoke. Not too bad, but noticeable. - The WiFi has significant disturbances. It is OK for email, but not useful for web browsing, because of the frequent lags and hickups. (Watching a movie is not to think about.) We had to use our own mobile data instead. (Maybe the WiFi could have been fixed if I asked, but I didn't fancy another round with the chatbot.) - There is a strip club just across the street. It is quite discreet though, so our children did not understand or ask what it is."

"Property is like in the centre of everything, it’s easy to go everywhere by foot, close to restaurants, shops and so on."

"That the host of property came in when we weren’t there, to put some chairs (what we didn’t needed) and than another day they came in to fix the dishwasher, also we weren’t at property, so we felt like our privacy was broken."
