"Superb location in one of the oldest, prettiest streets in the town - close to the sea, restaurants & bars. There is a small supermarket nearby too. The town is beautiful and it felt extra special to be in one of the oldest buildings in one of the oldest streets. The apartment was charming and had everything we needed - and more besides. It would have been nice to have some outside space but, once I understood the layout of the apartment in this very old house, I could see how that was impossible."
"I loved the location of the apartment but it can be noisy. Most of the bars & restaurants close by midnight but then the street cleaners and refuse collections start very early in the morning. If you are a light sleeper who likes the windows open at night, then the noise could disturb you. However, if you use the aircon and have all the windows closed, the double glazing probably does cut down the noise from the streets. A bigger sofa would have been nice too."

"Gite Lucanna is part of the Domaine Balandras winery located above Serrières village, overlooking the vineyards and the rolling hills. The gite has only been very recently opened and has everything that is needed for a longer stay, including washing machine and dish washer. Large bedroom and living/kitchen area and a mezzanine with 3 additional beds provide ample space for a couple or family. The outside area with BBQ is ideal to just sit and relax over a glass (or bottle) of wine from the Balandras winery next door, very much recommended. We had a great time enjoying the view and quietness. An ideal spot to just relax and go for a walk, bike ride, visit Macon or just take a drive and visit the various vineyards and valleys in the region. Cedric and Delphine are great hosts, we enjoyed learning about their wines and drinking them too. Very much recommended."
