"Booked the family room with bathroom for a family of four. Chambre d’hôtes La Ferté is an old barn/farmhouse repurposed to B&B in the countryside. The room itself is very big, with two floors on an open ceiling concept, so the kids can sleep upstairs. All the furniture fits the rustic atmosphere and is well preserved. The lady owner, it’s a very down to earth and friendly person and makes you feel welcomed. The house is in an extensive plot where they have a donkey, chickens, a cat and even a lovely golden retriever, so the kids had a blast playing with them. The breakfast is very good and fresh. All the jams seem to be done by them and are super tasteful!."

"Schöne Übernachtungsmöglichkeit auf dem Land, nicht weit entfernt von der Küste. Schön fanden wir die Ruhe, die Tiere, vor allem die zwei kleinen Ziegen und den Hund und die nette Betreuung durch die Dame des Hauses. Wir haben hier auf der Durchreise übernachtet und ein ausreichendendes Frühstück, mit frischem Kaffee, Orangensaft, Marmeladen, Brot, Croissant und Eiern von den eigenen Hühnern bekommen!"

"El entorno es muy bonito, y acogedor. Está en el campo, pero eso ya lo tienes que saber cuando reservas aquí, más si es una granja. Sin embargo, es muy sencillo llegar con coche. Muy buen sitio para ir a visitar los hits del desembarco."

"We had an amazing experience with the kids (8 and 10). They loved the horses and sheep which were living right next door and the swimming pool (ofcourse 😀) The wooden houses were strategically positioned for the most amount of privacy and quietness. Food in the shop and in the restaurant was partly homegrown and they seemed to be very mindful of the environment which was reflected on the whole park. And the staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this for relaxed vacations for families who love animals."

"The host was very kind and helped us find our way with the public transport. The accommodations were great and comfy with a cosy feel to it. It was close by to plenty of things that you could go and do but still enjoy a quiet evening or afternoon. We rented bikes with our stay they were in perfect conditions and suited the terrain. And Marty the goose is an absolute diva but hilariously amazing! Overall we had a great stay and I would recommend this place to other people."

"we enjoyed our stay here. the house is nice although internally the lighting could be a bit brighter. the village it is in is quite nice and quiet and Givet is very close. Our kids enjoyed the local playgrounds and there are supermarkets within a 5-10 minute drive. The host is very nice and has good communication."
"The cottage was comfortable for four people, with a fully equipped kitchen. Right next to the cottage, we had a large swimming pool and a table tennis table. There was a wonderful view of the sea from the pool area. It was a good base for exploring the eastern part of Corsica."
