Chambres de Condate – hodnocení od hostů
"Good location, on site parking (bit tight for a large car) Quiet, good size bedroom and shower room."
"Rather sparse breakfast, no second drinks offered, just toast, cake and yogurt ( only three pots for five people.) The picture shown is NOT the building the chambre d’hote is in, rather misleading."
"The location is perfect if you are travelling by train, as you can walk there in 5-10 minutes. The host prepared for us a self baked bread and self made yogurt for breakfast. She was very flexible and arranged for an early check in as well as let us leave the bags at her property in the morning, so that we could have a walk in town before we took our train. We travelled with two children and got the whole attic to ouselves, with our own bathroom, which gave us a lot of privacy. The area was very calm and quiet and we enjoyed the personal touch which this location offered."
"(not related to the location, but good to know). The train station is a bit confusing with different levels and exits. You need to follow the signs to the South Exit or South Carpark on the 1st floor to get to the right side of the railtrack to reach the location."
"The room was large and comfortable. We had on site parking. The host was really friendly and provided a great breakfast."

"The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and well appointed and the welcome was warm and helpful. Excellent wifi made communication with home easy. Our hostess organised our airport taxi and communicated well."

"We had a huge bedroom in the attic with excellent facilities. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast contained home made bread, yogurts and jam and was enough to set us up for the morning. It was very well situated for Rennes and was just a few minutes walk to the Metro. The host was charming and very helpful. We had a private parking space in front of the house which was really useful as we just left the car there for the duration of our stay."
"There were many stairs up to the house and a winding staircase up to our bedroom which would make it difficult for someone who had difficulty walking."
"Bel accueil, petit déjeuner fait maison, à conseiller"

"L'hébergement est situé du bon côté de Rennes, a proximité du centre ville sans en avoir les inconvénients. Très calme. Le parking est un plus. L'hôtesse est accueillante et discrète et propose des produits maison pour le petit-déjeuner qui est copieux. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable et la salle de bain est bien aménagée."

Hodnocení hostů
"Very comfortable room, lovely and generous breakfast and a very friendly host"
"The hosts are very welcoming and attentive to guests."
"It is the style of the old F1's which I loved and gave me the chance to travel around Europe with my kids when they were small. Clean, quiet , safe, not forcing you to pay for what you don't need or ever use and giving you what you actually need. I think the concept was brilliant in the first place."
Teresa Hôtel Tours Nord
"The quieteness of the place and the friendliness of the host and easy check-in."
Luís Le Village du Phare
"Great location to enable me to do my hobby of horse racing. Place was clean, tidy and the host was welcoming and couldn't do enough."
William Chambres d'Hotes la Raspeliere
"The apartment was quite spacious and had an exceptionally well equipped kitchen. It was also very well located, being in a main street in the town centre. Virtually everywhere in Grandville was only a short walk away. The apartment was also quiet and had good wifi."
Colin Granville hyper centre
"Établissement de caractère, très joliment décoré, impeccable, calme, douillet où on est bien ! Une terrasse agréable où il fait bon commencer ou/et terminer sa journée. Une hôtesse, également de caractère, pleine d'attention et de bons conseils."
Dominique Le Vin de l'Eté
"The compact nature. It was very clean and fantastic location with Les Halles 2 minutes away and the Metro just next door."
