"The apartment is very well located with two close metro stations covering lines 4,7,8,9 and more. It is brand new furnished, very modern and clean. The host was easy to reach, and available during our stay. Check in was easy to do. Import info: The apartment asks for a 500e deposit 2 days before arrival, as written in other reviews too. You should be prepared for that. It doesn’t take the money right away, it just charges your card to some small amount, and keeps the funds reserved. Additionally, the apartment is on the ground level, meaning a lot of people walk by and you couldn’t comfortably open the windows and leave them like that, so you might take that in consideration. Also some of the neighbors were really loud, but that isn’t on the host or the apartment:( Overall it was a really nice and new apartment, spacious enough for 3/4 people and close to metro stations and 5-10mins from all attractions with metro."

"An excellent location for those who come for concerts at the Stade de France. There is a metro station nearby, and it’s only a 10-minute walk from the stadium. There is a Carrefour supermarket right next to the windows. The apartment has a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. In general, everything you need for your stay. The owner is always in touch and ready to help with everything."
