"We stopped here on our drive from the UK to the Alps. It was a perfect location, just a short detour off the main road. As a family of four we had two very large, beautiful comfortable rooms with our own large bathroom, all immaculately clean. The highlight was the food! We arrived at 8pm after some delays on the Eurostar, and enjoyed the most lovely home cooked 3 course meal with cheese. All the ingredients were locally sourced - from soup made with home grown veg, to creme caramel made from milk from the local dairy. And breakfast was delicious - croissants and bread, home made jams, home made yoghurt etc. The hosts were so kind and friendly. Really couldn't beat this as a place to stay. And incredible value too. They even had am electric car charging port which they kindly let us use overnight for a small fee, so we could zoom straight off to the mountains after breakfast."

"Logement bien situé, très proche de La Rochelle et des plages. Bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour les enfants (jeux, livres, chaise haute,...). Logement propre et bien aménagé. Contact facile avec les propriétaires."

"The property was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Open plan downstairs, with very comfortable sofas, cushions and blankets. A large dining table and a fabulous kitchen. There is also a small gym and a downstairs bathroom. Three lovely bedrooms upstairs, the master bedroom has a small en-suite and tall windows looking out to the trees and countryside. There is also a bathroom upstairs with a large jacuzzi bath. Lots of garden furniture outside with views towards the neighbours garden and their lovely pigs, goats and chickens as well as the countryside around. We really loved the house as it felt like coming into a home. We were also welcomed with some tourist guides, local cider and Normandy biscuits. Tea, coffee and Hot chocolate were all supplied as well as herbs and seasoning."

"Très grande location, bien aménagée, au calme mais assez proche du centre-ville. Les lieux sont propres, la literie confortable et le linge de maison est présent en quantités suffisantes. Les douches sont spacieuses et très agréables. La terrasse est idéalement orientée et bien fournie en mobilier. L'hôtesse est très disponible et prodigue des conseils sur les activités intéressantes dans la région. Présence d'une ferme et d'une épicerie générale (de type déstockage) dans les alentours directs. Possibilité de s'y rendre à pied."

"Amazing little chalet. Lovely private garden, very clean, loads of extra thought put into it and a confortable bed. A wonderful place to stay! Christelle was super nice and friendly too!"
