"L’appartement est très bien situé, proche du centre-ville, des commerces, de la halle, de la plage et des embarquements vers Saint-Malo. Il est très bien équipé, spacieux, très clair, confortable avec une belle décoration. La place privée de parking, à Dinard, est extrêmement appréciable. Les contacts avec la conciergerie ont été excellents. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons très vivement cette location."
"Gérants de l'établissement fort agréables et sympathiques. Une petite attention en ce lundi pascal afin de nous guider jusqu'à notre chambre avec une chasse aux oeufs ! Petite attention, mais atypique et très appréciée, tant pour le côté ludique que gourmand ! Mise à disposition d'un micro onde ainsi que des couverts... Chambre et salle de bain rénovées en home staging qui rend le tout harmonieux et chaleureux. Je recommande cet établissement et j'y retournerai sans hésitation."

"The apartment really has three bedrooms. It could house 6 persons. It is vast and modern, with a good-sized living/dining room. The kitchen is large, with all amenities. The apartment has two balconies, one with a great view of the sea and the other facing the mountains. It is on the eighth floor and offers breathtaking views. The swimming pool was well appointed with sun tanning beds and a shower. The building is within a secure area, served by a bus service. It is a 20-minute easy walk to the beach or to the tramway stop. There was an underground parking garage, which we didn't use. This apartment is overall great for short or extended stays. We stayed 2 weeks, and really enjoyed the place and the location. I would not hesitate to stay there again."
