"Beautiful apartment with sea view. Really well equipped and felt like a home from home. The property and complex felt very secure with a reception and security. Sebastian was a great host, quickly responding to questions and offering support where needed. The Marina complex offers plenty of restaurants and a couple of shops for essentials, I’d recommend Le Pink Lotus. Larger shops and further restaurants etc on the other side of the rail line. Crossing is about 10min walk from property. Villeneuve Loubet is the perfect location for access to Nice, Antibes, Cannes and more. I was so impressed with the ease of the coastal train to get between towns. Villeneuve Loubet has a beautiful coast line and the apartment is incredibly close to the beaches. Wish I had booked to stay longer!!"

"Un petit appartement coquet et confortable avec une terrasse équipée qui permet de profiter du calme du jardin de la résidence. Notre hôte a été parfait , sympathique et disponible il nous a apporté toutes les informations nécessaires. Les commerces et les restaurants à quelques pas , la place de parking et l’accueil de la résidence sont un plus. Super séjour je recommande vivement."

"Квартира дуже затишна, красива, обладнана технікою, є ін-т, красивий вид з тераси, видно море і яхти, до моря 2 хвилини, до зупинки автобус, жд, супермаркету Lidl 8 хвилин пішки.Є парасолька від сонця, був красивий посуд, дуже зручні ліжко і диван. Себастьян дуже привітний, на всі наші прохання відреагував дуже швидко. Рекомендую!!!"

"L'appartamento ha tutti i comfort (lavatrice, macchina del caffè, frigo, microonde, aria condizionata, tv, ecc...) ed uno splendido terrazzo. Sebastien - l'host - si è comportato in modo impeccabile, rispondendo immediatamente a tutte le domande, anche quelle guidate dalla distrazione. Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'aria condizionata e si è attivato immediatamente per risolverlo facendo intervenire i tecnici. Assolutamente unico! Grazie ancora per il supporto e l'ospitalità ricevuta in questi giorni."

"Appartement spacieux et très agréable. La literie est excellente, on y dort parfaitement. Idéalement situé, tout près de la cure. La place de parking est un vrai plus. Le logement est très calme, aucun bruit. Je recommande sans hésiter."
"Our room and the setting were beautiful and everything was exceptionally well done. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic- set up for us either on our private terrace or a small terrace overlooking an amazing view. It was a really lovely experience staying there - everything was spot on!"

"The property is ideally located close to the Church. Very calm and quiet area. The property is spacious, clean and well equipped with many amenities. Family or Groups of up to 6 can have a pleasant stay. Kitchen is big and well equipped with many amenities; besides the dinner area is large and comfortable. Rooms were clean with wardrobes and even with fans in case of heat. Bathroom and toilets were very clean. Property owner was very kind and flexible."
