"Very good location for the attractions of the Orléans, or getting around the city. Close to the centre, main train station, tram stops and shops. Good price, cozy, and quiet place equipped with all you need. Great communication with the owner. Merci beaucoup!"

"Room was very neat and well presented. It had all the facilities I was expecting. The location is very convenient and communication was easy."
"To really get an outstanding review, a few small touches would have been appreciated. Small gestures such as a bit of fresh milk, some coffee and even small biscuits would have been very welcome, and was missing for that final top-rated score. The shower is adequate but the shower-head could do with some descaling and a bit more pressure would be welcome."

"O apartamento é todo renovado, bonito, silencioso e muito confortável. Tinha quase tudo que a gente precisava. Poderia ter açúcar e sal para salvar, tivemos que comprar, mais foi o de menos. A roupa de cama é de excelente qualidade, tivemos uma ótima estadia e descanso."
"O corredor de entrada do edifício e as escadarias muito antigas e velhas. E subir até o terceiro andar com bagagens é um pouco difícil."
"Appartement conforme à la description, l'appartement était très propre et très bien équipé nous n'avons manquer de rien, l'endroit est calme et proche du centre-ville. Ont se sentaient comme chez nous, nous y avons passer 2 nuits. Si nous revenons sur Orléans je n'hésiterai pas à reprendre cette appartement."
"L'accès à la mezzanine n'est pas sécurisé, les escaliers pour y accéder sont vraiment beaucoup trop étroit. La poutre au dessus du lit un peu dangereux, mon copain s'est cogner la tête à plusieurs reprises. Sinon le lit était douillet."

"Das Appartement liegt in der Nähe zum Bhf und zur Altstadt. Im Bhf riesiger Supermarkt. Die Teller sind sehr schön, allerdings nur für zwei Personen. Rest der Küchenausstattung sehr spärlich, Töpfe/Pfannen abgenutzt bzw. zerkratzt. Es war trotz Heizung kalt, man konnte die Temperatur nicht höher stellen. Heizkörper hat sich die ganze Nacht über mit lautem Piepsen eingeschaltet, schlafen nicht möglich."
