"The location of the apartment was second to none, the views were amazing. It was well decorated and furnished, the beds were comfortable and it was very quiet."
"The outside shutter didn’t work in one of the bedrooms and the internal blind didn’t keep the light out. It would have been nice to have had better glassware and maybe a few coffee pods to start us off."

"La vue et la clarté de l'appartement: terrasse, logia avec fauteuils confortables bien placés, prendre ses repas face à la mer...cuisine, mobilier et literie de qualité, le parquet 🤩les 2 sdb modernes...la petite cour arrière pratique pour notamment entreposer les bagages à l'arrivée ou pour les charger lors du départ, les voletsaux portes et fenêtres.. Il faut noter que notre appartement était situé au 1er étage sans ascenseur, et que 2 des 3 chambres ainsi qu 1 sdb étaient accessbles au rez-de-chaussée par l escalier intérieur à l'appartement. Très confortable pour 6 personnes."

"Easy self checkin, spacious flat, but only if you stay with two people - 4 will be very crowded! The bed was 160cm, the mattress was good, I slept well here. The kitchen was new and well equipped. The location was just perfect in the center of Le Marais. And it was rather quiet in the inner courtyard, despite the bubbling quarter outside. And with the installed blinders the bedroom went almost dark."
"The property is stunning and extremely spacious. The services provided were excellent and everything was so well cared for. The distance to monaco was exceptional and so close. The heated pool was also the best! I had the best time with my friends."
"Excellent value with 3 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom facilities. There was a proper coffee filter machine rather than the ubiquitous pod machines in most rental places nowadays, a big plus in my book! Great location and views overlooking the port from the large terrace with comfortable furniture. Secure parking behind the building was a bonus (as long as your vehicle isn't over 1.9m high!). We had a warm welcome from the owner, Jean-Luc."

"Excellent location, close to the city center, short walk from the park and beach. It is a very quiet place and feels very safe, there is also a supermarket nearby.The tram station is also close. It was perfect for our stay in Nice! The communication with the host was great and she was really helpful. Will definitely stay there again if we come to Nice."

"L'emplacement de l'appartement, en ville, est parfait. Quartier très calme. Facile à se garer et plus besoin d'utiliser la voiture au quotidien grâce aux commerces à proximité. La terrasse et le séjour sont appréciables pour les repas et les moments de convivialité. Les chambres sont spacieuses et réparties sur les 4 niveaux de la maison. La décoration générale est très agréable. Excellent séjour au 43Bis, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !"
