"Místo je fascinující, 3 noci jsou s výlety akorát .Ranní procházka kolem zámku a vodního kanálu Vás s pejskem naplní energií na celý den. Na recepci jsou velmi ochotní. Můžete i uzamknout kola u recepce. Cyklotrasy jsou upravované a zvládne je každý s malou námahou. Výhled ze shora zámku je naprosto úžasný. Pokud jste autem doporučuji při výletu na zámek Chaumont-sur -Loire , Rue Maréchal de Lattre 41 restaurace Grepees vynikající zážitek, ochota"

"Restaurace je " navoňená bída!" Snídaně jsou do 10,30 a v 9,50 už nejsou vajíčka a obsluha Methode je neochotný a chybí nádobí a plno věcí a to s minimem lidí. Překvapilo mě, že nejsou ochotný mluvit anglicky v této úrovni hotelu. Po dovlečení obsluhy na recepci vajíčka dodělali. Nebyli jsme sami co vajíčka chtěli. Jídlo k večeří bylo podprůměrné. Pokud jste autem doporučuji jist v menších restauracích, umí lepe ."

"Excellent location. Michealan Star Restaurant. Amazing staff; we arrived just before midnight. The kitchen was closed, but the staff made sure we had food ready for us at the bar. Everyone was so helpful and made us feel welcome."

"The only downside was the spa facilities, which are undergoing a major refurbishment. But that didn't bother us at all. They told us it will be ready soon."

Over and beyond what was expected. Beautiful friendly demeanour and always smiling. Thank you Lucie. The hotel smells beautiful as well. The porter was also very helpful and friendly"

"Some staff has obviously joined the property quite recently and is not knowledgeable about the facilities. Thanks to a cleaning lady who kindly showed us the way to breakfast and provided umbrellas."

"Location: in the city center, easily accessible by car, explored the Loire Valley and the castles by car, drive time to Tours, Orleans, and most castles is under 1 hour. Friendliness: very polite and accommodating. Restaurant: breakfast buffet and Amour blanc restaurant are excellent, Christophe Hay restaurant is exceptionally good, rightly has 2 stars. I would definitely return to this hotel on my next visit."

"- Absolutely beautiful property and really great location, just a short walk from Blois' town center, with amazing views as you cross the bridge - Lovely facilities (incl. indoor pool, jacuzzi, beautiful bar, outdoor pool), and quite enjoyable if you managed to go during quiet moments with less people around - Friendly and helpful staff, especially in the spa! - Breakfast was delicious and the staff there were very attentive"

"- I believe we got unlucky with high season pricing, but this property was not worth the nightly fee we paid, nor did we feel that the service was 5 stars, maybe 4? - We arrived after the check-in time and having provided our arrival time in advance, but the room still wasn't ready for over 30 mins - While we appreciated the gesture, a bag of gummy sweets for a 13 month old (age provided in advance) was not an appropriate welcome gift in the room - On check-out, we realized we were given the wrong price for the (already expensive) breakfast by the reception staff at check-in. The breakfast food and service are good, but EUR70 for breakfast for two people isn't worth it - A charge for parking in their relatively spacious on-site lot also seems quite unnecessary Overall, the value for money simply wasn't there."

"Beautiful hotel and garden, with amazing gastronomic and fine dining restaurants. Voituriers, bar, garden and concierge service were providing exceptional service. Christophe Hay restaurant was very sophisticated. Breakfast at L'Amour Blanc was the best ever. Great to have a swimming and spa to relax at the end of the day."

"Maybe because of the pic season of our stay, the housekeeping team was overwhelmed, and was not able to do the full room refreshing (also with our dog in the room, the cleaning schedules were messed-up). A little more relaxed attitude of some of the staff, could make the hitel spirit less "formal". Not easy to find the right fine tunning."
