"Logement situé au dernier étage d'un chalet, à 10 - 15 min de la boulangerie et du traiteur, jardin à disposition avec barbecue et toboggan pour les enfants. Lac de Longemer accessible en voiture en 5 min. Philippe ne tarit pas de conseil pour qu'on ne s'ennuie jamais et a super bien équipé le chalet. On ne manque de rien en cuisine et en entretien !"

"The owners waited for us in the parking lot by the shop. No problem. Parking by the house - closed location, no strangers. Very quiet area. The apartment corresponds to the photos on Booking. Well-equipped apartment, large kitchen, quiet location, 7 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the shop. When we needed any help, the owner came immediately. We were very satisfied. Definitely recommend!!! Tuesday and Friday there are markets in the city (7 min walk) with food, drinks, clothes, etc. - you will enjoy this :-) :-) :-)"

"Le Petit Valhalla is a beautiful apartment that is very well located in Bayeux. The apartment is equipped with everything that one needs for a very comfortable stay.. The apartment can sleep at least four, not sure if more people would be acceptable. Damien, the proprietor was very responsive to our very basic question. He was easily contacted via Booking.com message app and he was quick and friendly to respond. If you want that quintessential French stay in Bayeux then I think Le Petit Valhalla would be a very good choice, it was for my wife and I. I highly recommend this apartment."

Lots of good bakers, coffee shops, bars & restaurants on the doorstep to suit all budgets. Communication with the host was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, would stay again. "The chalet was superb. It was in a quiet location, above the village, with great mountain views. An excellent bus service travels down and back up the hill every 20 mins. The chalet was extremely well equipped with everything you could need. We were very impressed indeed. Bernard, the owner, was very helpful and made our whole experience both easy and enjoyable."

"Amazing chalet (except the 104 steps up) lovely location. Great layout inside, and a well stocked kitchen and gorgeous views. But I would say the only downside is the lack of storage in the kitchen to keep our food. But worth the climb up the steps."
