"Die Gite Hecker ist ein kleiner Schatz im Elsass in dem wunderschönen Dörfchen Niedersteinbach mit unendlich freundlichen Gastgebern. Wir waren über Ostern dort, alles war festlich geschmückt und der einzigartige Garten mit Pflanzen aus aller Welt lädt zum Verweilen ein, inklusive Palmen und Bananen Pflanzen! Die Umgebung bietet unendlich viele Wanderwege, Natur pur , freundliche Menschen und tolle Restaurants. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist einfach, es ist alles vorhanden, es gibt kein TV , was wir aber überhaupt nicht vermisst haben. Ein gemütlicher Kamin ist in der Küche vorhanden.Mobiles Internet funktioniert einwandfrei. Unsere Tochter wurde am Ostersonntag mit leckeren Süßigkeiten überrascht. Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis ist absolut top. Wir sagen noch einmal herzlich Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt."

"Naturnahe Lage, Ruhe, super freundliche Gastgeber, Insider-Informationen (Steinpilze, Fuchs,..), Wanderwege zu tollen Felsen und Burgruinen vor Ort. Viele Spielsachen für die Kinder, toller Garten. Das fehlende Internet muss bei der Planung berücksichtigt werden."

We were welcomed with so much kindness and warmth :) From the beginning, we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Thierry is very friendly, caring and always there when you need something. He takes great care of his guests and truly does his best to fulfill their wishes. "Location was lovely, quiet but very close to the town centre and the quayside. Property was very clean and spacious, everything worked, and it felt very private. Sylvaine was a lovely host: friendly and helpful despite my poor French. She made herself available without being intrusive. Nearby market on Fridays with fresh food and lots of other stalls. Lots of little beaches within a short drive."
