"It’s a fully equipped and beautiful cottage, surrounded by a glorious garden, and literally around the corner from the Chinon castle, as well as the town centre, also accessible by a nearby lift if needed. Sylvie the host is really lovely, and everything was straight forward, helpful, and clear. Highly recommend this place, and if you’re lucky you’ll make a new friend with the garden cat :) no faults at all, she even left us coffee for the morning after our arrival, and a bottle of local wine. Thank you!"

"The garden is sensibly divided with the owner, but she has given a generous amount to the Gite and its very private and there are 2 places outside to sit. The house is very well appointed and my wife commented that the owner has thought of everything. its a nice decent sized place to stay for a short break, and its very conveniently located for Chinon. the owner is lovely, very friendly, but is discrete so will stay out of your way unless you need her. highly recommended."

"This is a guest house on the main crossroad of a small town. It was calm and silent. A housekeeper was very helpful and welcoming. The room in the attic is actually an apartment, with over 60 m2 area, big bathroom, and living room. The swimming pool could be used during all stay so we had wonderful swim at the sunset after the hot day."

We would like to return one day if there was some aircon. The overall experience was really good ,the location is perfect and the apartment is very clean"
