"Lovely breakfast spread, with homemade cake as well. A variety of jams and tea and coffee at your disposal. Rooms were as described. Kitchenette has everything you need to prep food and drinks."

"Cathy, our hostess made this a wonderful stay, with her friendly and helpful manner. She had baked a cake for us to have with breakfast! The layout of the apartment is somewhat quirky, but comfortable. Breakfast included her home-made jams, bread, yoghurt and a compote, and of course the cake. This truly set us up for the day. Many thanks Cathy."

"La gestionnaire du gîte est très accueillante. Elle est réactive et très agréable. Les petits déjeuners sont complets et copieux. Le gîte est propre, avec tout ce qu'il faut c'est très appréciable. Les lits séparés confortables. Les deux chambres spacieuses avec du rangement. Les lumières automatiques dans les wc. La douche est grande et pratique."
"Le lit 2 places mériterait d'être changé car peu confortable. Le bruit de pas ou de mouvement de la personne au-dessus qui font craquer assez fort le plafond au-dessus de la chambre au lit double."

"We arrived at Le Vent des Globes after a long day’s cycling. The owner was really helpful with storing our cycles. The room was fine. We ate at the Indian restaurant next door, the most brilliant daals I’ve had for a while. It was a great stay."

"Great little find this, lovely, quiet, clean, well equipped house. We were met on arrival as agreed and shown around the property. Bonus was we were left a lovely bottle of Petit Chablis in the fridge, which was nice to receive on arrival. Enjoyed a wine tasting as this family have been producers in the region for over 300 years and into their 6th generation. Their wine is lovely too! Will definitely return."

"Jedná se o krásný starý venkovský dům s velkou zahradou. Byli jsme přivítáni milým panem domácím, který nám nabídl výborný cider vlastní výroby a poradil, co si v okolí nemáme nechat ujít. Pokoj Deluxe byl v patře, velmi prostorný, stylově zařízený a čistý. Trochu nás překvapila koupelna včetně toalety, která byla od ložnice oddělena pouze závěsem. Postel je velká, pohodlná a střešním oknem nad ní jsme mohli pozorovat oblohu plnou hvězd. Spalo se výborně. Snídaně byla dobrá, s domácím jogurtem, marmeládami i palačinkami. Celý objekt je velmi rozlehlý a tak chápeme, že někdy nezbývá čas na lepší údržbu krásné zahrady. Ta by ale celkový dojem neuvěřitelně zlepšila. Celkově je to velmi pěkné a stylové ubytování."
