"Directly from the airport, tram number 2 dropped us off 2 minutes walk from the hotel, a few minutes walk to the center, 10-15 minutes to the beach. It's in a very good area. Friendly staff. They cleaned every day, there is an elevator, there was Netflix on the TV."
"They heat with air conditioning, I was a little cold. The pillow was a little uncomfortable for me. There was a smell of sewage in the bathroom, but if we ventilated it was better. But in terms of price-value ratio, it was suitable for the purpose, we mostly only went to the accommodation to sleep."
"The location was excellent and walkable to most places, and with a tram station right nearby. Apparently I was upgraded to a superior room which had a large balcony (would have loved that in summer). Staff were helpful."

Too high street and just behind the apartment is road straight to beach. Going through lovely garden area. Could not fault location. Tram to durandy stops 1 min from apartment"

"It was clean and location was good for the new town area of Nice. The air conditioning worked ok. The receptionist was friendly and helpful."
"No in room facilities apart from soap and shower gel/shampoo and a safe. The curtain pole had come off the wall, we found the actual curtain folded up in the wardrobe, the bed was uncomfortable and we both had bad backs after just one night. If we had been staying for more than a few nights, I would have sought a refund and gone somewhere else. It was like a hostel and I don’t think it was good value for money."
