"My room was on the second floor and there is no lift so lots of climbing stairs. The manager carried my big bag up, thankfully. It's an old building so some maintenance issues but still value for money."

"The house is on the small channel (or it is like a brook) which is very dirty and badly maintained. It is the question not to hotel owners of course, but to the town authorities… but smb should take care of it. It is almost in the center, and Arles has a lot of income from tourists, the municipality is nit poor, I am sure.. Shame on the mayor!!"

"Good communication before our visit and very helpful on the phone just before we arrived. He was very friendly and helpful and the room was great - very clean and very comfortable with all the facilities we needed. The location is very good - quite close to the centre of Arles, although it looks a little run-down in the immediate vicinity. Parking was very convenient, although I was concerned at its security - as it turned out, I needn't have worried. Breakfast was good and convenient for us too. Thoroughly recommended."

"The location is close to major roads, the area is a bit noisy. However, the room I was in was well sound proofed with effective double glazing, so it wasn't really an issue for me."
