"Doslova přímo naproti vlakovému nádraží. Všichni na recepci byli velmi milí. Pokoj neodpovídal fotografiím. Byl prostorný, ale ne světlý. Okno bylo do temné malé postranní uličky a v noci zde byl hluk z vedlejší restaurace. Nic hrozného. :-)"

"Great location right opposite the train station, making travel very convenient. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Very convenient for our one night stay. The bus from Biarritz Airport stops right outside and the train station is across the road. Our room was comfortable and clean. I think only one of the images when booking the room was of the room we were allocated (smaller more sparsely decorated) however it still had a lovely view across the square outside and river. Location was a quick walk across the bridge and river to the main shopping precinct which suited us fine. Breakfast was available for a fee, we opted not to purchase this with so many options with a few minutes walk. We were able to leave our bags at check out while we explored the city which was very helpful. Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and welcoming."

"The hotel is easy to spot once you exit the train station - I liked its location as I had an early train to catch the following day. My room faced the street and had great views towards the river and train station plaza. There are double glazed windows, so the room is not noisy. The room is a comfortable size. The shower had good pressure and there was plenty of hot water. The staff were very helpful in pointing out places to visit in the city."
