"Solid price for a nightly stay. It was warm inside. Warm shower, clean room. Free parking outside. Staff prepared the room and a late check in wasn't an issue."

"Great secure courtyard through the "great doors". Covered area for motorbikes and supplied with additional stretch covers for the motorbike. Our hostess was wonderfully welcoming. We were shown to our room and invited downstairs for refreshments when we were ready to do so. The house is historically interesting, well appointed, clean and comfortable, and our hostess spoke excellent English and was very entertaining. Our bed was comfortable, the toilet and shower/bathing facilities were very good. Plenty of hot water and shower pressure was good. We enjoyed a lavish continental breakfast with homemade yoghurt, fresh apple juice, local cheeses, and lovely bread."

The host, Marianne was really lovely too. We were just passing through but will try to get back for a few nights to explore the area."
