"Everything is ok. Small but super comfortable rooms. The reception staff are super friendly and helpful. Although the hotel does not have parking, there is a public one in the next building covered, comfortable, and safe."

"The staff were friendly and polite. English was spoken by everyone I spoke with which made life simple for our stay. Getting there from central station was a quick five minute tram ride and then a five to six minute walk from tram stop to hotel. The same tramline took us into the centre of town very easily and the tram system was very easy to navigate throughout our stay. The bar area was lovely. Comfortable chairs all round the space and a nice atmosphere. Room was a good size. Large bed. I did have to ask for extra pillows but that's personal preference. Separate toilet and shower room with good lighting. It was a very pleasant stay and when we go back to look at the city more than the christmas markets (which we were there to visit this year) I will definitely be booking this hotel again. It's an absolute gem."

"Very close to the tram stop which is only 1 stop away from the centre. It tailors for gluten free breakfasts. Has a good gym if one needs to also include some excercise whilst staying at the hotel. Staff really friendly and helpful"
