"The owners, Arnaud and Diane, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom appeared newly renovated, with excellent water pressure. The hotel’s location was ideal (just a 15-minute walk to the grotto) and the convenience of a private on-site car park was a real bonus. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was both delicious and excellent value for money."

"Location was great. It is in the middles between Sanctuary and City center, with ca. 15 minutes walking distance. Team was so nice. We feel very welcoming. We were very impressed how much effort the owner and his team put to welcome all guests. The rooms we had were very pleasant and we felt very comfortable to stay there.. We arrived late in the night but the owner still waited to welcome us in person... It was a very crowed time but he did arrange a parking space for us.... The breakfast was also very great for the price, fresh croissants, coffee, tea, boiled eggs, etc.. No need to get oitside and look for an overpriced café All in all we are very pleased staying at this place and if we have a chance to visit Lourdes again we will definitely stay here."

"The location was good, just a brief walk from St Jean central station. However, the room felt a bit worn down. The hotel had a nice concept that if you skip room cleaning, you get a free drink at the bar. Whatever it takes to make this world greener!"

"We booked this hotel which meant a slight detour on our journey from Cherbourg to the Charente because the reviews were so good - especially about the restaurant! We were not disappointed. The evening meal was amazing. The breakfast was lovely too - the staff even made us some scrambled eggs. If you are travelling from the North, we advise you to drive to Falaise first and then set your sat nav for Clécy. This will avoid a tortuous route across country, often on single track roads!"
