"The location is excellent. It is in the centre of Niort and situated on a square which has a lovely selection of restaurants, cafés and bars. It is also very close to a huge underground carpark which only charged €7 for the overnight stay. The receptionist on duty on the evening of 21/08/25 was friendly and helpful, and assured me that I would enjoy the surrounding locality."

"Ubytování je naprosto super. Místo, lokalita, vše tak nějak působí na člověka. Personál je super. Pokoje, v bungalowech styl Florida, čisté, prostorné, vzdušné, dobře zařízené . Parkování přímo u nosu, bud v areálu anebo přímo před ubytováním. Pár metrů na pláž, kde se odehrávali dějiny, kde začala svoboda Evropy. Všude klid a čisto. Snídaně zahrnovala vše co potřebujete, je to spíš francouzká- plno buchtiček, croissantů etc. Měli jsme zde i večeři a tá byla taky výborná."
