Večer jsme si udělali procházku podél jezera a starého města. Ráno jsme měli vynikající snídani s výhledem na jezero. Tento pobyt jsme si moc užili. Moc všem děkujeme."

"The location is great, the room was fantastic, the staff was attentive, all good!"

"The fact that the spa works on schedule is a little sad, but at least there are separate times for kids, so it’s a compromise. We could have used it for longer."

"We had a perfect stay for just one night. The building and the location is amazing. The service was great and perfectly friendly. Even our two dogs were welcome."

"The staff was exceptional. Very courteous and professional. We had a problem with the air conditioning in the room. The staff did everything they could to help. Special thanks to the reception manager Gabriel. The hotel is in an excellent location and the meals are of a high standard."

"Air conditioning made noise at night."

"The property location is absolutely stunning right next to Annecy Lake! The purest lake in Europe. The staff were really very good and took extremely good care in everything. Not even a single negative point to say."

"The location is ok - around €20 in Uber to the centre. You have a casino and spa and restaurants all under 1 roof for bad weather, but still suggest you eat elsewhere as food is ok."

"Very dated, standard rooms extremely small for the price paid. Room service breakfast average and not much choice also for the price paid. Restaurant/bar area very dated felt almost retirement home like. Maybe 20 years ago it was modern and cool but it needs a serious update. Spa facilities small and overcrowded, treatments over priced. More like a good 3* hotel than 4*."
