"We had a lovely stay at La Canadienne! The room and ensuite were stylish, comfortable and pristine; the bed very comfy with beautifully crisp cotton sheets. Carole has thought of everything - all the thoughtful details that make a perfect stay. A generous beakfast that included freshly made pancakes set us up for our onward journey. Thank you so much!"

"Nothing! Although be warned, whilst the town centre isn't far, it's a very steep hill to climb after dinner! Taking the car might have been a better option!"

"The hosts are amazing! Made us feel so very welcome. Just what we needed after a long drive from London. Bed was super comfy and we both slept well, so we were recharged for the next leg of our journey. Would definitely stay here again."

"A lovely property with a separate section for guest accommodation. The room was perfect along with the en-suite facilities and all the usual extras were on hand if required, tea, coffee, kettle, fan [which was lovely when the temperature was 38/40 degrees !!] and the use of the fridge which had iced cold water on hand - all very welcome. The owners were brilliant hosts and helped me with a few enquiries for my onward travels, as my French is not great. Breakfast was superb and different everyday with consistent quality. Personally, it ticked every box for me and the fact the owners were so attentive really did make the stay a home-from-home. The property is located about twenty minutes, by foot, from the town centre or you can hop on the bus at the end of the road. I'd certainly stay here again if I re-visited Evreux."

"A good French breakfast with coffee,bread, croissant and jam. Our host was very helpful giving advice and a map of where to eat in Evreux. The electric blinds worked effectively."

"The arrangement of the rooms off the sitting room, with a curtain divider was slightly unexpected but was not really a problem"

"Warm, friendly welcome with hot drinks on arrival. Very quiet location and yet walking distance from the centre of Evreux. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast including bread, cheese, yogurt, pastries, pancakes, blueberries, maple syrup and homemade jam. Good hot shower. Homemade liqueur to try in the room."
