Extremely convenient for exploring the town and nearby attractive villages by car, bus or train. 3 minute walk to shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is fully equipped for a self catering holiday and has a comfortable dining kitchen area. Ample close car parking."

Salón y dormitorio muy amplios y cómodos y la cocina equipada con todo lo necesario, baño también muy amplio. Calefacción en todas las habitaciones. Se agradece mucho el detalle de tener jabón, champú, cosas básicas de cocina como sal, aceite, café, etc."

"Excellent location and value for money for the area. For a long weekend where you aren't planning on being inside the room much and just need somewhere to sleep, it's perfect. It's very quiet with no street noise at night and feels safe and secure. The major sights are mostly walking distance through nice streets and the area, Saint-Germain des Pres, is the best area to stay in Paris, as well as being close to the Latin Quarter and Sorbonne. Many excellent boulangerie, bars and bistros nearby too. You probably won't get a better location for the price without a significant decline in quality of accommodation. We didn't use the small kitchen facility at all as we really just slept, showered and changed there and spent all day out in Paris to make the most of it. However, it seemed to be completely equipped and had most things if you were to use it for a meal in to save cost."

"Great for self-catering, short walk into town, quiet area. The rooms are all good size, facilities excellent and having a swimming pool completes the holiday experience. The town of Maurs has an excellent weekly market. The house is in a good place for exploring the surrounding area - the Auvergne is a fascinating department - and the dark skies meant the night sky was breathtaking."
