"Voiture immédiatement garée dans la propriété, accueil très bienveillant, présentation des lieux, mise à l'aise, puis nous avons bénéficié de ce lieu en toute autonomie, avec le ressenti qu'il est protégé par une volonté de paix et de sérénité. Magnifique jacuzzi. Détente totale, nuit extrêmement calme. Départ avec l'accompagnement de notre hôte. Une très belle expérience, merci beaucoup d'avoir créé ce lieu. Nadine et Philippe."
"This is a beautiful country house in a little village near Cognac. It is divine! The house has been beautifully restored by Tommy and Charlotte. It’s thoughtfully furnished and the gardens are lovely and so peaceful. We enjoyed relaxing in the lovely living room and later being able to enjoy our own sitting area in our huge room. The bed was wonderfully comfortable with high quality linen. Tommy cooked us the best breakfast we have had on our holiday- ask him to make his fruit salad and his scrambled eggs. it’s like nothing I’ve ever had! It’s amazing. Later he showed us the original still equipment that was used for making cognac way back when."

The bedroom was really comfortable and welcoming, and the communal kitchen and huge living space were simply stunning. We loved the outside spaces and pool - the lighting here in the evening was beautiful. Everything was so cleverly designed - authentic with great attention to detail. It really is a special place to stay and we would highly recommend it"
