Hodnocení hostů
"Excellent location, just a few steps from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais and about 25 minutes' walk from the old town. The house is very comfortable, clean and fully equipped with high quality accessories for cooking, laundry, etc. The view from the balcony was magnificent but too noisy because of the traffic on the street (it's the same all along the Promenade des Anglais). However, noise was not a problem inside the house when the balcony door was closed. Taking of the house keys was also quick and uncomplicated. I would recommend this accommodation if you are planning a family vacation as in your home but close to the beach in beautiful Nice."

"Le calme du lieu, la gentillesse de la propriétaire."
"L'accueil et le sens du service du propriétaire, qui est très à l'écoute et très réactif. Merci à lui 🌺. Les photos sont conformes au logement qui est magnifique et spacieux. La literie est excellente. La proximité de tous les commerces à 5 mn et d'un parking public"
"Location is superb. Quiet and lovely outdoor patio. Spacious inside with en-suite bedrooms. Lovely furnishings. The added touch of the house wine was enjoyed with lovely locally bought fillet. Superb wine and meat."
"The place was cosy and warm, with all the facilities I needed during my stay. The host was in touch and helpful for local recommendations. Would recommend 100%"
