"Wir waren 2 Wochen im Haus und waren sehr positiv überrascht. Es war alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es hat alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt mit der Familie benötigt. Pool, Grill, Tischtennisplatte, WLAN, Fernseher, PKW-Stellplatz, ..."
"Die Region ist nicht unbedingt ein touristischer Mittelpunkt. Zu allen Aktivitäten muss man min. 45 min. mit dem Auto fahren. Strand 1:20h. Generell tut man sich schwer, wenn man die Landessprache nicht gut spricht. Nur ein geringer Teil der Bevölkerung spricht englisch. Im Frühjahr oder Herbst ist es hier zum Wandern sicher Toll, im Sommer allerdings durch die Hitze beinahe nicht möglich."

"It's the second time we stayed at l'Etage. The location (10min walk to the train station and slightly further to the center) was perfect for us. This studio has everything you need for a short stay (+ many classic books in French, also for children) and is just fine for 4 people. The contact with the owner is reliable and kind, there were tourist maps and information about cultural activities in Rennes available in the appartment which we apprecieted and used. The price is friendly, compared to other places at similiar location in Rennes."
