"Le petit déjeuner est différent que dans d’autres hôtels 4 *. Il répond à une gestion avec un minimum de déchets et c’est cohérent! Il suffit de demander des œufs et on nous les apporte avec un service au top 👌 Le seul point à noter c’est qu’il fait très chaud dans la chambre et qu’on n’arrive pas à obtenir la bonne température. C’est un détail."

"Devoir payé un supplément pour profiter du spa le Jour du départ, en tant que client de l’hôtel aucun privilège sur les clients extérieur. Petit déjeuner très bon mais pas à l’hauteur du prix du séjour( pas d’œufs brouillés ni omelette ni bacon ni pains grillés ni pancakes ou crêpes). Serveur parlant à peine français au bar pour la commande."

"Parfait. Un merveilleux endroit, reposant et agréable. Un personnel à l'écoute et souriant. Un restaurant délicieux. Un excellent petit déjeuner. Un Spa très agréable conjuguant piscines, lieux de détente, saunas, jacuzzis, hammam. Le seul problème reste la manque de culture du spa des utilisateurs, incapables de respecter des principes simples d'hygiène (la serviette sous le corps et les pieds dans le sauna., les tongs mis à disposition pour se déplacer ..)"

"Měli jsme dvoudenní pobyt a s polopenzí. Když nám nabídli druhý den k večeři to samé menu jako den první, byli jsme nemile překvapeni. Nakonec nám na recepci vysvětlili, že si můžeme vybrat z menu do 25€ a případný rozdíl si doplatit, nakonec nám z důvodu jazykové bariéry (Franc.x angličtina) nechali i pití zdarma jako gesto omluvy, což bylo velmi mile. Recepcni skveli a velmi napomocni. Zapůjčení lahví na filtrování vodu za recepci. Pěkné umístění hotelu. King postel velmi pohodlná."

Loved the pots of yoghurt. I think the milk to go with the cereal was skimmed. White water. Didn't like that. Croissants very good, and butter available for the bread. Very comfortable bed in a very small bedroom Bathroom very clean. Excellent."

"Hotel disponuje vlastním parkovištěm a zahradou s venkovním bazénem, což je v případě hezkého počasí plus. Personál je přátelský a příjemný, snídaně dobré. Do historického centra města je to cca 15 minut pěší procházkou. Tam je několik dobrých restaurací. Přímo u hotelu je jedna hamburgrová restaurace a McDonalds - ty jsme však nezkoušeli. Jako výchozí bod pro cestování alsaskou vinnou stezkou je to ok."
