"Beautiful Chateaux and grounds located in 'the Berry' close to the A20 and a perfect mid-point staging post, if, like us, you are travelling from the UK to the South of France. We ordered dinner on arrival and our charming hosts cooked a wonderful three course meal. accompanied by a superb red wine from their vineyard in "La Clape" in the Lanquedoc. Our bedroom and en suite bathroom was spacious and clean with a wonderful view of the grounds and we had a great night's sleep on a very comfortable king-sized bed. A decent French breakfast completed our stay and set us up for the rest of our journey to the Corbieres.. Will definitely stay at L:Abeaupiniere again!"

"Breakfast was laid out in a beautiful fining room. We were offered a cooked breakfast but opted for the fresh bread, croissants, home made jams, fresh fruit and yoghurt. All delicious. We also had an evening meal. Home made and cooked plus a delicious wine. This is a great find for a super stay. The rooms very clean and comfortable. We will be returning g"

"We stayed for one night on our way home to UK. We loved the chateau, its location and ambience. We had a guest lounge with a log fire, tea, coffee and biscuits. The room was full of historical artefacts about the family and the chateau which was very interesting. We felt very at home sitting in front of the fire. Our bedroom was large, warm and very comfortable . The en-suite was modern and clean. We booked a three course vegetarian evening meal which was delicious and very good value, made from local produce from the chateau. Breakfast had a good range of choice. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We would like to say a big thank you to Brigitte and Philibert for opening their home to us and we highly recommend this beautiful place for a stay. We wish we could have stayed longer to explore the surroundings."

"Traditional French, family owned Château, set in large grounds with (unheated) pool and plenty of walking in 100 hectares of land/forest. "A very good, large, comfortable apartment in a central location, very quiet and with view to the river. The place is well equipped, with plenty of space and rooms for everything. Nicely decorated, welcoming, and relaxing environment. The host was friendly, good communicator, and responsive. We slept beautifully. Wonderful stay."

"Hemos estado este fin de semana del puente . Lo que más me a gustado es la linea de parquing que tienes privado y la ubicación tan cerca de la Village de Noel. A tan solo unos 6 mnts andando. Recomendable si es para visitar en navidad. Si es verdad que es pequeñito pero para pasar un fin de semana muy bien!!! Tiene 3 camas más 1 sofá cama . Tiene todos los utensilios necesarios para poder cocinar o incluso para limpiar."

"The property is on the pistes. It is thus very well located and while the rooms are relatively compact, they are warm and comfortable. You are staying here in large part for the location. The stay is half board and the food is good. The staff was friendly and there is a place to lock up skis and a boot warmer. It must be borne in mind that the only access is via the telecabines (not a criticism - just a fact) meaning you need to be aware of and plan for this in terms of judicious packing and timing of the lifts (lift access up and down to the hotel is free so you do not need to buy a pass for access to the hotel)."
