"This studio is in an amazing location in the centre of the old town. It is beautifully light and spacious, the bed is comfy and the shower excellent. It was very clean and had plenty of storage. A lovely place! The management company were really supportive and came out to help me when I struggled to work out which was the right apartment. Top marks and a big thank you to them."

"Locating the right apartment was a challenge - the lock box is very tucked away and it was 6 half floors up which made the description of 3rd floor a bit deceptive. There are 57 steps to climb... Sadly there are noisy neighbours who party till the small hours - not within the landlord's control, of course, but could be an issue for light sleepers."

"We had a wonderful week in Annecy, the apartment is in a very good location surrounded by boutique shops and restaurants. It’s really nice to wander along the picturesque canals that weave through the streets and you can easily hire bikes or swim in the lake. The apartment was very clean and comfortable."

"The shutters don’t block out the light very well and there are no blinds so we were woken up earlier than we would have liked. There was also no soap left in the bathroom so we had to buy some."

"The location is very good! Right inside the old city center, just under the castle and a few steps from the lake. Convenient also because of all the neighbouring shops, cafes and restaurants (many ice cream shops!). We could see the top of the lake's snow mountains from the apartment's windows."

"We missed curtains (even if there are wood shutters). And were annoyed by people shouting in the street in the middle of the night (maybe the windows' glass is a little thin)."
