"The apartment is beautiful and could not be better located. It was clean and welcoming."

"Unfortunately, I didn't like the fact that they would not let us in a minute before 4pm, but when I told them that the app wasn't sending me the confirmation SMS, they didn't do anything to fix the issue for over 4h. So we had to wait outside with a baby in the arms, unable to check in despite writing multiple messages to them to ask for help. Hence the 4-star rating (8/10). Otherwise I would have given it a 10."

"Very convenient location, walking distance to everything, lovely apartment and great aesthetics, coffee and tea are provided, kitchen utensils and whatnot. Awesome owners who responds promptly to our inquiries and requests. We had a very smooth transaction with them. Would love to stay here again when I visit Annecy again"

"Toilet is not on same floor as the bathroom. Stairs to bedroom is a bit slippery."

"Really conveniently located across from the train station so you don’t have far to walk if you have heavy bags and from the apartment it is just a short walk into Old Town. The kitchen is fantastic with everything you need. The owners are very nice and quick to respond if you have any questions. Washing machine for clothing is a plus!"

"Nothing really. If you are used to always having air conditioning, it might get a bit warm at night in the summer, but with windows open it was no problem for me as it cooled down overnight."
