"Casa comoda e accogliente. Due camere grandi, una cucina vivibile, una zona giorno grande e bagno comodo. Si può parcheggiare la macchina sotto casa. La posizione, rispetto al centro di Bourges, comoda, ma noi avevamo la macchina. Marie gentilissima, ci ha fatto trovare anche una bottiglia di acqua, caffè, zucchero, tè e dolcino"

"Superb location opposite the beach, wonderful views out over the ocean. Close to restaurants, walking distance to old town. Bonus of having a car park available was great. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, great to have a dishwasher and a washing machine."
"We stayed at Proche Paris-Château Versailles-St Germain as two families with children and had a very pleasant experience. The property is located in a beautiful, quiet, and secure residential area. Despite our late arrival after midnight, Amin kindly welcomed us, which we truly appreciated. The apartment was better than expected compared to the photos and was well equipped with everything needed for daily use, including full kitchen facilities and cleaning supplies. The location is very convenient for guests traveling by car, close to the Palace of Versailles and about 30–35 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. Overall, it was a lovely experience for our families."

"Emplacement dans un quartier tranquille mais vivant, avec peu de vis-à-vis et une vue imparable sur la mer, près d'une petite place où l'on joue à la pétanque, et très proche à pieds du centre avec toute la vie sétoise, commerces, restaurants, café, canal... Un logement avec un aménagement et une décoration assez éclectique qui change des appartements impersonnels où tout est neuf et sans âme, ici il semble qu'on a offert une seconde vie à beaucoup de meubles et d'objets. Un charme un peu désuet des choses qui ont vécu, avec tout le confort et les équipements nécessaires pour se sentir comme à la maison (grand canapé moelleux, de quoi cuisiner des soupes à la pâtisserie, tout y est)."
