"Le logement est bien équipé, le matelas est très confortable. C'est calme. Super d'avoir pu profiter de la terrasse avec vue sur le mont en face et le son du ruisseau en contrebas. Merci à Matthieu pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Deux balades très sympas à faire sur place sans avoir à prendre la voiture."

"Un petit logement simple mais très cocoone, avec tout le confort très propre, une très bonne literie tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, un panneau d'affichage avec des flyers pour se promener et découvrir cette belle région, et un super jardin aux plantes aromatiques qui embaument au petit matin et un salon de jardin pour admirer les étoiles et écouter l'eau du petit torrent qui coule juste au fond du jardin. Matthieu le propriétaire est très accueillant et prend le temps de tout nous expliquer et nous faire découvrir les petits coins sympa, les bons restaurants etc... Merci Matthieu de nous avoir ouvert votre petit Nid mais aussi votre coeur. Je recommande ce petit Nid sans soucis."

"Location and free parking, metro station is 5 minutes away and you cand get anywhere in Paris from there, there ate a lot of Restaurants, Carrefour that are open until late, the beds were comfortable ,WiFI very fast, kitchen had everything we needed to prepaire our meals so for that purpose to visit Paris is perfect."

"Open plan living with a fantastic lake view. Comfortable furniture for relaxation and convivial conversation. Two of the bedrooms also have a lake view. Underfloor heating for the cool evenings at Easter. Well equipped kitchen. Ample seating outside, shade covering when needed. Garage parking. Quiet location away from the bustle of Annecy but with easy access to it. We appreciate the opportunity to stay in the villa and all of us enjoyed our holiday very much."
