"Spotlessly clean! Hosts showed us in to the apartment and where to park which was very helpful. The garden is incredible and was secure for our dog to enjoy the sunny evenings. Lots of facilities and walks straight from the property - inlcuding the great Boulangerie which is open early in the morning for pastries."

"Some confusion with the language barrier between us and the host (our bad French!) but it was possible to speak using Google Translate! A couple of things missing for the kitchen as we mostly cooked in the apartment - we recommend to the host to provide an additional oven tray as well as a cafetiere for coffee as the coffee machine is not particularly good."

"Het is een zeer lichtrijk huis, met mooie tuin en uitzicht op achterliggend landschap. Restaurants en bakkers zijn op loopafstand. De keuken en badkamer zijn goed uitgerust. Alles is proper en de gastheer- en vrouw zijn zeer vriendelijk. Je kunt je auto stallen op privédomein."

"Een mooi huisje met alles wat we nodig hadden en een prachtig uitzicht. Restaurants, bakkerij en warenhuizen waren op een korte afstand van het huisje. Het zijn vriendelijke mensen die u ontvangen en u de nodige uitleg geven. Het is een toplocatie."

"Everything. One of the best properties we’ve stayed in. Immaculately clean- beautifully furnished with good quality items- extremely well equipped and with an absolute stunning and outstanding view. It’s a few minutes walk into the lovely town which has numerous high quality restaurants and some lovely shops. It’s handy for visiting numerous war sites- museums both in France and Belgium. It’s a 35 minute drive from Dunkerque and 15 minutes to Belgium. The owners are a lovely couple who respond quickly to any enquiries . All in all absolutely brilliant."

"Nothing really although it’s worth mentioning that getting your car into the parking space is quite difficult as the property is on a very narrow path . It’s a skilled manoeuvre!!"

"Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à Cassel. L’appartement est parfaitement situé, la vue est splendide. Le logement était nickel, nous n’avons manquer de rien pour nous sentir comme à la maison (dosettes de café super appréciable !) dans un petit nid douillet. Les hôtes ont été absolument adorables, super réactifs et aux petits soins ! On recommande vivement ce petit coin de paradis."
