"The apartment is beautiful, very well located between the train station, the best restaurants and shops, and only 5 minutes from the Palais des Festivals—ideal for those who, like me, come to Cannes for work or conferences. What I appreciated most, as I was sharing the apartment with a colleague, was the complete independence and privacy provided by the two full bathrooms, each with a fantastic shower. Bruno, the landlord, is a very pleasant and polite man who pays attention to detail, which is greatly appreciated in Cannes."

"There is no elevator, but it’s an easy second floor. I just think they should fix the light in the building's entrance, as it only turns on once you start up the stairs, leaving the entryway a bit dim when coming back at night."
