"The apartment was even more beautiful than anticipated – the pictures don't do it justice! It is stunning and airy, super spacious and has the most breathtaking stucco features we have ever seen in a private home. There is ample space to relax and spend time, and even the kitchen is well-stocked with appliances and utensils. we could not have wished for a better space to spend a weekend with friends! The Old Town is only a short walk away as well. We will definitely be coming back – hopefully very soon :)"

"Cozy modern studio, with a sofa bed (large), includes a mattress cover and sheets, has a pot, pan, kettle, glasses, plates and cutlery and a hair dryer, there are also cleaning supplies, includes air conditioning and heating, is located next to the river. Sign. After a stretch of approximately 5 minutes you have a super express and an Aldi, with transport you have the RER nearby."

"The house was very clean and kept nicely cool without air conditioning (even though it ws very hot outside!), very comfortable beds and thanks to the blinds nice and dark. The kitchen had everything you would need and nice big fridge and freezer. For a family with a dog and small children en route from Spain to the UK, the location was perfect as there is a nice park and playground a few minutes walk away. The hosts were very friendly and helpful."

"Bien situé : au 4e étage avec ascenseur, très proche de la promenade des Anglais, accès à des restos et un petit marché d’alimentation, tramway l’autre coté de la rue. Très bonne insonorisation, plus bruyant si portes patios ouvertes. Balcon avec chaises assez grand pour en profiter. Chambre indépendante de la pièce principale (salon/cuisine). Bons accueil et communication avec le propriétaire."

"Het is een prachtig ruim huis met twee verdiepingen. Zeer smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien, met 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en 2 aparte toiletten. Ruime woonkeuken, goed geoutilleerd. Zeer rustige omgeving in het drukke gebied rond het meer van Annecy. Parkeergelegenheid bij het huis zelf."
