"It is a lovely and well furnished apartment. It’s spacious, with 2 bedrooms and 1 study room with sofa bed. It’s a 10-15 min walk to the train station, with grocery shops, bakeries and restaurants nearby. I love the kitchen, well equipped with a 2 door fridge, stove, oven, microwave and a dishwasher! The host allowed us to check out late as our train to Paris was at night. We really appreciate suck kindness and hospitality, will stay here again when we visit Nice!"
"As we stayed for a week, perhaps the toiletries were too little for 4 people. Further, it will be good to check the expiry dates of the spices in the kitchen and replenish the empty jars. We didn’t have any salt and olive oil during our stay."

"Die Wohnung ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Nizza. Tolle Lage, Bus schräg gegenüber, Bahnhof in Laufnähe. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war wunderbar und mit drei Toiletten auch für größere Gruppen geeignet. Die offene Küche lädt zum Kochen und Verweilen ein. Wir waren sehr zufrieden - auch unser Kontakt zum Vermieter lief reibungslos ab."

La maison est située dans un petit village charmant, il comprend une grande terrasse abritée avec, devant, un joli jardin et une superbe vue sur la vallée, les levers et les couchers de soleil. La grande piscine, entourée de verdure, est très agréable."
