"We stayed here twice - once at the start of our French road trip, and again a week later, after covering 2,500 miles lapping France anti-clockwise. We wanted to finish the trip as brilliantly as it began. L’empreinte is a home from home. Very comfortable and cosy, the staff are so friendly and warm. A perfect “base” if arriving via Calais and heading anywhere in France!"

"Everything was great, even better than the images. We had a complimentary champagne tasting that included the house champagne. The tasting was very informative, covering the brand's and the family's history, as well as the regional technology. ​The view was amazing, and we could prepare our own dinner at the property. Our breakfast was great, and the owner even brought me vegetables, which I really like for breakfast, even though they weren't part of the standard offering. We also received very helpful recommendations on what to see next. ​Overall, the experience felt truly exclusive. We felt like we had the whole house to ourselves, even though it was fully booked. It's just so well-organized, and everything is taken care of."

"We absolutely loved our weekend at L'empreinte in Verzenay, a 10/10 experience. It is a wonderful little gem. If u really want to discover the champagne area then this is the place to be. Cozy, personal and amazing eye for detailing. Thea our host was amazing. Went through the vineyards with their e-scooters, got the best recommendation for a restaurant, enjoyed the hottub. I can go on and on about how amazing this place is. Breakfast is lovely and freshly made. Beds and rooms are super comfortable (we had the best sleep ever). And besides that they are a super nice B&B, they are also a champagne house. And this one is really worth trying. We took a few bottles home with us. We can not wait to be back! Thank you again"

"We loved everything about our stay at L’Empreinte. The location is perfect in a quiet village, the property is stunning, clean & finished to a high standard. The rooms were beautifully decorated & the beds large & very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic & they kindly also catered for me being Gluten Free which I hugely appreciated!"

"What a fantastic weekend at l'Empreinte! The most friendly and welcoming hostesses, who go above and beyond to make sure you are enjoying your stay! The place is very stylish and new, very comfortable rooms, bathroom and bed! The most generous and tasty home made breakfast, also make sure you eat dinner there - home made meal but with a touch for finesse - all accompanied by family champagne - you cant go wrong. You feel at home immediately upon arriving and truly taken care of by the hosts. Huge thanks and will see you soon!"

"The host , Thea, could not have been more helpful. Everything was exceptional The room was large and spotlessly clean We didn’t use the outdoor facilities but there is a sauna and a hot tub. We were greeted with a taste of the house champagne Great breakfast also Parking was right outside"
