"Nice host who welcomed us with a nice drink and a nice chat! Breakfast was incredible! Bed confortable. The location is great, especially with bikes, and there is a safe garage. The host is very kind and tries her best to be accommodating. She recommended a nice and cheap restaurant and good advice on when to visit the castle. Thank you!"

"It is a bed and breakfast, not a hotel, but booking.com does not precise this, even though this was not a problem. The bed was nice but with blankets, not a duvet. Check out is at 10 am, which is early. The deco of the room could be modernised."

"The hostess was a scream, great fun and very entertaining and helpful. The location was very close to Chenanceau, a beautiful chateau to visit. The area is lovely, very peaceful. There was private parking behind security gates for our car. Breakfast was very nice with fresh bread and pastries as well as home made conserves."

"The room was very large with a queen sized bed. Thoughtful extras like a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities (Madame gave us a jug of milk to have with our tea), extra pillows and blankets. The room had air conditioning which was brilliant as it was warm weather. A delicious breakfast was included in the price making it very good value. Madame Coquelet was friendly and helpful."

"I was on motorbike trip from the ferry port of Cherbourg to Geneva and had searched for a half way place to rest and restore in the countryside. On arrival my lovely host Brigitte made me quickly welcome and at home. Offering me a cup of tea and her welcoming presence. Peaceful neighborhood. Very comfortable bed and very good facilities. I appreciated soaking in the hot bath after a long ride. Beautiful breakfast, amazing homemade jams.. Only a few hundred metres away I found a friendly restaurant/bistro for a nice evening meal (-very reasonably priced) that my host had recommended. I left 'Les Amandines' very content and happy. Thank you Brigitte.. Highly recommended !!!"
