"The location is very hilly and pretty far to walk to any shops or restaurants. A little noisy as the apartment is close to the road and there is only limited street parking."

"The apartment was recently decorated to a high standard so there were no signs of wear or tear. If you wanted to self cater which we did on our first night it was possible to do so as there was a microwave. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The man in reception was very helpful. The apartment has beautiful views of the sea. It is a perfect location for touring the local area. You can see the Eileen Grey house 1027 from the front window. We would love to return one day."

"The apartment is described as having air conditioning it doesn’t, it only has ceiling fans and as the building is right on the road it is too noisy to keep the windows open."

"We stayed at Les Lilas for 4 nights as part of a trip along the Côte d'Azur. The property is located perfectly to explore nearby towns/cities such as Menton, Monaco, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and Eze. In addition it is within walking distance of two very nice beaches (Plage du Golfe Bleu and Plage du Buse) which were not overly busy. Also, having our bikes with us came in really handy for supermarket runs and exploring the coastline beyond Monaco. Parking at the property wasn't too easy so once we eventually secured a spot opposite the building we opted to leave the car there for the duration of the stay which wasn't an issue. We used the communal terrrace most evenings which had an amazing view across the bay below."

"The view was a winner! The bed was super comfortable and we loved that we had a kitchen to prep some meals and have a cozy breakfast; the closest supermarket was reachable with a 20-min walk. The furniture was chosen with a good aesthetic sense."

"We paid extra for the balcony and it was really dirty, so we avoided using it. The couch was very uncomfortable and even if we had a SMART TV, we couldn't connect it to the streaming services."
