"10 minute walk to station ( Nice, Monaco , Menton etc) 5 minutes to the prom and sea. Great to have a balcony with evening sun and fine inland views. On the fifth floor( lift) in modern apartment building."

"Amenities were on the low side. It would be nice to have a kettle with selection of (herbal) teas. The garage was quite tight for my large car, so better check dimensions beforehand!"
"La casa è molto silenziosa, ben posizionata rispetto al mare. A una ventina di minuti a piedi sia da Roquebrune che da Mentone e dalle rispettive stazioni nel caso si vogliano usare i mezzi. Parcheggio privato interno e Box auto a disposizione. Ben fornita come stoviglie e dotazioni. Letto abbastanza comodo. Bel balcone vista sull'entroterra. Nel periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato non funzionava la rete internet, ma per noi non è stato un problema. Molto gentili nella fase di check in e pronti a rispondere alle domande."
"Piccolezze, forse potrebbe essere utile avere un attaccapanni in ingresso e qualche prodotto in più per la pulizia dei servizi. Arredamento un pò particolare stile esotico, ma a noi non dava noia."

"Emplacement idéale entrée Menton et sortie roquebrune au calme avant dernier étage. Un beau balcon vue sur les montagnes assez grand et bien ensoleillé. Le lit de la chambre est confortable et la cuisine séparé très fonctionnel avec accès balcon. Le garage fermé pratique en ville"
"Présence baignoire, rideau de douche et pommeau de douche HS peu pratique, préfère douche. Ascenseur en pane les 2 premiers jours. Accessoirement, manque une bouilloire, une bonne planche et un grand couteau. Le garage même si il appréciable est vraiment petit pour un SUV[ hauteur, largeur et longueur], difficile pour manœuvrer situé dans l'entrée des box."

"We loved the apartment and the location. The apartment was in the ground floor which was perfect for us since we had a baby and stroller. The apartment is the inner side of the building and the windows are facing an inside garden , so you are not at all disturbed by the people that are passing outside on the street. Already the street is very quiet, even though it is located in a very famous neighborhood and very close to important locations, it's a kind isolated street.It's safe and nice. We made ourselfes fast very confortable in the apartment, it was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen. There are several shop in the neighborhood, very close by. Using subway or buses , it was very easy to reach to the center and the other important locations. The communication with the owner was very good, he was very nice and kind and offered the support if needed."
"The location of the gite is fantastic, far enough into the country to be peaceful but near enough to any conveniences you may require. The hosts were wonderful, providing loads of local information."
"Très bien situé et paisible. Équipements de haute qualité, appartement très propre et à la déco soignée. Le second lit est un canapé très confortable dans un salon qui est une pièce séparée donc chacun peut avoir son espace quand on est 4. C'est très appréciable de pouvoir laisser son matériel de ski et ses chaussures dans le garage communiquant directement avec l'appartement. Hôtes prévenants qui nous ont fait nous sentir très bien chez eux :). Merci pour votre gentillesse!"
