"The Chalet was charming, well appointed, well equiped and comfortable. The owner Damienne was always supportive and helpful. We were able to converse successfully using translate apps that are on smartphones. I would highly recommend this chalet. The location is good, we were able to easily drive (up to) and park at the Bettex Arbois lift car park. There is then a walk (say 200m to the lift?). If you use the bus it takes you directly to the lift. We hired a set of skis and boots from a shop within a few feet of the lift. Their English was excellant and cannot recommend them highly enough, Loca Ski Betex 4360 Route du Bettex, 74170 Saint Gervais Les Bains. We found them via the Alpineresorts.com web site."

"Rozhodně parkování, to je obrovský plus. Byt je prakticky v centru Grenoblu a přímo pod ním je velkolepé parkoviště, vrata na dálkový ovladač a všude spoustu místa. Předání klíčů má na starosti Hicham, který bydlí ve stejném domě, tak když je něco potřeba, není problém se na něho obrátit, je hodně vstřícný. V přízemý je navíc vnitřní bazén."

"I loved the old castle style of the place, with the spiral stone staircase, big wooden doors with wrought iron key. The room was so spacious, with a shelf full of old books about the history of the region. I especially loved the alcove bed, it was also so comfy! The garden is immense and nicely maintained. The room also has a modern kitchen and bathroom fully quipped. The owner welcomed us when we arrived and was very helpful and friendly. It's definitely a gem worth passing by! I would definitely love to come back there for holidays some time :)"
