"The location is very good; near the local shops and bus stops. Lovely view of the Loire. Quiet location. Very comfortable apartment."

"Cigarette ends left in an ashtray on the balcony, and the clean towels smelt of cigarette smoke. No coffee pods for the coffee machine when we arrived; just a couple would have been nice."

"Beautiful view over the Loire from the large balcony. Quiet location in a residential area, but very handy for public transport into the centre of Nantes. Catch the number 5 or 26 buses- a few minutes walk from the apartment. The common areas in the apartment block are well maintained and feel safe. Comfortable and clean apartment- perfect for relaxing before and after sightseeing."

"Could do with a bit more attention to detail- shower door leaking; oven glove, baking tray, few more utensils needed. A welcome bottle of water, other refreshments, would have been appreciated."

"We had to relocate at very short notice from another apartment, Booking.com were excellent in supporting us make this relocation. The apartment is in a lovely location of Isle de Nantes with a great view south over one half of the river. Facilities were all of high standard. A large Carrefour is in walking distance, public transport is close, frequent and good. value for money."

"Très bel appartement, bien décoré, spacieux, confortable, calme. Belle vue, balcon. Parking souterrain. Très bien placé. Les infos/photos pour récupérer les clés sont très claires (accès au garage à vélo en fait)."

"Un peu difficile de se garer pour récupérer les clés. C'est mieux d'être à deux pour déplacer la voiture si besoin. Mais contrairement à certains commentaires, la clé du garage est dans la boîte à clés. Donc pas besoin de monter pour la chercher à l'arrivée ou ou pour la déposer au départ."

"Der Wasserhahn in der Küche war nicht angeschraubt. Da müssten die Vermieter besser nach ihrem Objekt schauen. Die Beschreibung zur Ankunft im französisch - englischen Mix ist unübersichtlich. Möglichst getrennte Anweisungen ausgeben. Und da sollte als erster Hinweis drin stehen "Parkplätze mit Parkautomat an der Straße zum Einchecken nutzen""

"Le grand balcon avec vue sur la Loire ... le calme du quartier ... le parking privé avec accès en ascenceur."

"Pour le départ, le fait d'être obligé de sortir en premier le véhicule, de se garer dans la rue avec feux de détresse (pas de place de parking), puis remonter à l'appartement pour remettre les clès dans la boite à digicode."
