"The location was tops, really in the city centre. It has all the amenities necessary. Although it's in the shopping area, once the windows are closed, you don't hear the street noise."

"The bedroom on the mezzanine level is half a foot too low. But this didn't bother us much as the living room was quite big."

"The location is excellent, close to the historic city center, ideal for exploring on foot. There are numerous restaurants and bars in the area. It connects easily with the tram and buses. The apartment is beautiful, very bright and clean, and has a small balcony overlooking a shopping street. Communication with the host was easy and quick."

"The studio apartment was compact but had everything we needed including a Juliette balcony that opened onto a bustling street. The bathroom was great and the washing machine a great idea. It was close to local restaurants, bars and attractions. We also took a day trip to Paris and being within walking distance of the train station was excellent. The owner was friendly, helpful and responded incredibly quickly to any questions we had. A great find, excellent value for money, would definitely recommend."

"The accommodation is well located, with transport, restaurants, bars, groceries and the best historical & cultural places accessible on foot. Very well connected to the airport, train station and Nantes University. Spotless and fully equipped, with clear instructions and easy to arrive and leave. I strongly recommend it for 1-2 people who want to deepen Nantes."

"Basic stuff for cooking (e.g., some oil & salt), shower products or washing machine powder would be appreciated for long stays. The sofa doesn't look to be very comfortable for sleeping."
