"It was in such a beautiful, peaceful location .the outdoor pool was so welcoming after a long days drive .the staff welcomed us .There's comfy sunbeds and deck chairs by the pool .They offer spa treatments, but we didn't use them, so I can't comment. Free parking on site, too .The room was very clean and comfy with a little balcony overlooking the courtyard, which was nice to sit on .The rooms could possibly do with a little updateing,especially the bathroom shower,but are still ok .There's out door areas to sit out on, too .We had our evening meal in the restaurant in the evening. The food was exquisite .It was another level of quality ,possibly the best meal we had on our 16-day travels and at a very acceptable price too .I would definitely recommend this hotel ."

"Everything was perfect for our stay Very friendly staff upon arrival, very helpful, our 3 small dogs made to feel welcomed too, nothing was a problem. The thermal pool was a tonic and we were lucky to be able to use it on arrival and before departure, a must if staying, you feel so good afterwards and skin so soft. Very comfortable sleep, evening meal was amazing we had the special set menu, excellent food and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was extremely good too. This hotel stay over is on our favourite list and when on our travels will most definitely be back and hopefully be able to use more of the benefits this hotel had to offer, thank you for a wonderful stay"

"I really enjoyed my stay here. It's an easy hotel, but very clean, lovely and friendly staff. I felt at home here! Short walk, about 10 minutes, to the central parts of Biarritz and the ocean. The bus stop to and from the airport is just a few minutes away and its in a nice neighbourhood."

"The room was fantastic and I liked the reception people talking with pleasing manner. Only my suggestion is regards to bathroom which need to be covered with curtains to avoid water splashing outside as we take bath by standing.its ok for those who sleep and take the bath.
