"Great place if you have a dog as just up the road there is plenty of space to walk them. The owner is charming and recommended a restaurant for us to eat that evening. Good breakfast with cheese as well as sweet items."

"A lovely stay! We had a warm welcome from the hosts who looked after us very well. The breakfast was superb, with fresh, home made yoghurt, French toast etc. The kids loved playing in the pool and the garden (badminton, table tennis, darts). Would stay again."

"Helpful, friendly, informative host. Very spacious, studio-like room - bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, big couch, etc. Standard French breakfast was delivered in a basket and placed outside the door by 8 a.m. This is good for folks who want privacy or to be flexible with their time for breakfast. Of course, you won't be able to meet other guests to share stories and experiences. Carnac is just a few minutes away by car. Small off-street parking area but adequate and convenient. Wifi was fine."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and he was always available to answer questions etc. The bedroom was absolutely beautiful and very spacious and spotlessly clean, and sound proof. It had an extremely comfortable 6ft bed, plenty of towels, robes and slippers. The bathroom was also, absolutely perfect. And as for the breakfast, it was beautifully presented each morning, with lots of choices of breads/pastries and the most delicious fresh fruit salad. The owner was so kind, he even had crepes and Nutella for our young son one morning. Our stay was so relaxing, we used the pool and sauna and again they were fantastic. I cannot recommend a stay at Au Pre Carre enough....it is 5 Star accommodation and look forward to returning there again some day."
