maison chaleureuse

"Beautiful apartment with two bathrooms and showers. Across the road from the Montenvers Mer Glace train and 10mins walk to the city centre. Laundry detergent supplied and clothes drying rack is decent-sized."

"Spacious clean apartment with a good balcony that was close to bus and train links, with a nearby supermarket and also close to many restaurants. The furniture is old but functional and there is a working washing machine and laundry equipment. The apartment is very secure with an electric metal shutter on the balcony window and a very good lock on the main door. There is a small lift to the apartment from the rear entrance to the building that holds 2 people. It was a 20 minute walk to the old town and a few minutes more to a very good beach near the church of St Michaels. The main beach beside the casino is very rocky and difficult to walk on, we always used the better beach at the old town Menton is like a quieter smaller version of Nice and we felt safe at all times during our stay even walking at night felt very relaxed."

"Beautiful house in a great location, close to the tram line for easy access to the centre of Montpellier or an easy 20 minute walk. Kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed and there is a supermarket a short walk away."

"Great location in Charvet, short walk to Vagere lift and bars, shops, restaurants just outside. Nice layout, bathroom 'pod' needs renovating soon, but for the price.. well equipped, good layout and nice balcony (which btw can be accessed from others either side i.e other balconies). Very good value and comfortable for 2-4."

"Clean, convenient, well maintained and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We often have a stop over on our way to the Loire Valley. This was the perfect distance and time from our start point and destination. The property itself is located next to the owners linen business. There is ample on site parking. The bed was very comfortable and all facilities were spotlessly clean. The breakfast in the morning set us up for the day. We look forward to staying again in the near future."

"Location Comfort Close to places of interests Modern Clean Not too far from motorway Stayed cool at night even during a heatwave"

"La situation géographique proche de la place et des commerces. La place de parking qui est bien pratique, ainsi que les équipements de ce studio bien agencé. On était 4. Et puis aussi la Déco Tahiti jusque dans les moindres détails qui nous a fait un peu voyager encore plus loin... ;-)"

"The house is very clean, comfortable well equipped and the owner kept in good contact with me. Check in was easy and the owner was very accommodating about the times, allowing us extra hours at the property. The house is only 5 or 6 stops from the centre and the bus stop is really close. The house is very attractive with a small outside seating area."

"Las vistas espectaculares, de día al valle y los Pirineos y de noche con un sinfín de estrellas....inolvidable. También la comodidsd de las camas, los espacios grandes y cómodos y la sala de juegos. El jacuzzi es un lujo también."
