"Probably the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced douring our travels around the world (it was that good...) Natalie and Olivier welcomed us into their château, and it truly is one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed at. They built it, they decorated it, and they are very much the soul of this breathtaking place. It’s a perfect mix of quiet and warmth, wilderness and deliciousness, wrapped together in absolute perfection. “Highly recommended” doesn’t even begin to describe it - don’t miss this place (and their delicious food!!! Dinner and breakfast with the amazing wine list). It will make your experience in the area unforgettable in every possible way. We cannot wait to return ♥️"

"I liked the Scandinavian style of the interior, the use of wood and neutral colours and stylish use of decorations. It was a in quiet location, so there was nothing to disturb my sleep. I enjoyed the breakfasts and the fine selection of fruit and cheese available."

"Gorgeous house and very quiet and tranquil. Our Host Oliver was so charming and went out of his ways to make us feel at home. The rooms themselves are modern and very comfortable and we loved spending time on the terrace having some drinks. Breakfast was amazing with many delicious options."

"We're just back from a lovely trip to Bordeaux, followed by 3 nights in this wonderful chateau. It's a beautiful, quiet place, with stylish and comfortable rooms. But by far the best thing about this property are the owners - Nathalie and Olivier. They are just lovely people. I'd highly recommend, if you can, having an evening meal there. Truly delicious food. We also had the pleasure of doing a patisserie lesson with Olivier - again, if it interests you, I'd highly recommend it. All in all, this stay made for a wonderfully relaxing end to our holiday."

"Wonderful hosts Natalie and Olivier Unspoilt setting on Dordogne River Room spacious full of light comfortable mattress and modern facilities Expansive breakfast and dinner area incorporating sitting area. Outdoor area has sun in the afternoon Superb Breakfast fresh juice cereal and yoghurt different breads croissants fruit cheese in addition to either scrambled eggs or crepes - much to choose from There is three course dinner on certain evenings - the highlight was a fraisier dessert Short distance to Saint Emillion"

"Cute little apartment. Had everything we needed for a weekend away. The apartment was a little further away from the ferry port then expected but it was a nice walk with a beautiful view."

"Vše bylo tak fantastické, za tak skvělou cenu, že jsme v takovém ubytování ještě nebyly. Kdyby cena byla daleko dvojnásobná, tak by určitě ještě nedosahovala nabízené kvality. Úplně fantastické a zcela profesionální byly snídaně dokonce v designu italského malíře Giuseppe Arcimbolda. Bohužel jsem si to nevyfotil."

The bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the village is beautiful. Booked as the final night on our holiday as a stopover on our way back to England but we are already planning a return visit simply to spend more time here as it was so relaxing!
